Basic accounts are free, but advanced use of Parachute is priced as follows:
| Professional | Tandem | Solo | Free | |
| Packages | 25 | 10 | 5 | 1 |
| Dropzones | 1000 | 250 | 50 | 2 |
| Monthly Fee | $199 | $49 | $19 | $0 forever |
Where are the disk space/bandwidth usage limits?
There are no set disk space or bandwidth limits. Parachute is efficiently built and most projects won't approach any set limit we have anyways. However, abusive use of the service will result in account suspension.
When and how do I pay?
Parachute will ask that you begin paying when you reach one of the free package limits. Typically, you'll want to add a few more web server dropzones after you fall in love with Parachute. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. You will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers to complete your purchase..
How can I trust you?
We - Electric Function, Inc. - developed Parachute as an internal tool. It helps manage our hundreds of web development/consultancy clients as well as products like Caribou CMS, Membrr, OpenGateway, and TwoFoods. What I'm trying to say is... we've been around for a long time, have lots of clients who trust us, and have been profitable since month one. Oh, and we're Canadian, if that helps.
Are there any contracts?
In this day and age, who would sign a contract for a web application? I wouldn't, and neither should you. You can cancel the service at anytime and you'll never be charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
No. However, the Free package somewhat negates the need for refunds. You'll know before you pay for Parachute whether you want/need it. It's easier this way.
